                               RESOLUTION NO. 18769
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH CAMPBELL & ASSOCIATES FOR AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE THOUSAND FIVE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00) FOR
                   ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE COOLING
                   TOWER RENOVATION AT THE SOLDIERS AND SAILORS
                   MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with Campbell & Associates for an amount
       not to exceed $1,500.00 for engineering services relative to the
       cooling tower renovation at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial
       Auditorium.
